Vincent Renda’s practice focuses on debtor/creditor bankruptcy work and litigation in the areas of real estate, business litigation, and general civil litigation. Vincent Renda works closely with high-profile clientele, representing credit card companies and financial institutions in thousands of proceedings. Mr. Renda’s in-depth understanding of the legal process prompted him to design custom software systems to further improve and personalize the representation of his clients.

Vincent Renda offers unprecedented experience in civil litigation, collections, and bankruptcy actions, and holds a position as an Assistant Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force with a current rank of Major. Mr. Renda is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Texas.

Mr. Renda obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law (’01) and Bachelor of Science from California State University, Chico (’98). Conversational in Spanish and Italian, Mr. Renda is married with three teenage sons. In his free time, he enjoys travel, golf, and flying, holding a multi-engine and instrument rating.
