Overview
Vincent “Vince” Renda is the Principal Attorney of Pinnacle Legal, P.C. He brings more than 25 years of experience in bankruptcy law, providing strategic counsel to both debtors and creditors in complex financial matters. His practice focuses on Chapter 7 liquidations for individuals and businesses, Chapter 13 reorganizations, creditor representation, adversary proceedings, contested matters, real estate disputes, business litigation, and general civil litigation.

Bankruptcy Experience
Over the course of his career, Vince has been involved in thousands of bankruptcy proceedings nationwide, earning a reputation for strategic insight, meticulous attention to detail, and a practical, results-driven approach. He has represented clients in matters involving individual and business bankruptcies, creditor rights, bankruptcy litigation, and complex debtor/creditor disputes.
Vince is admitted to practice in bankruptcy courts across 12 states and approximately 40 federal districts, allowing him to effectively represent clients in matters spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Military Service

Outside the Office
Outside of his professional work, Vince enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and flying. He is an experienced pilot holding both multi-engine and instrument ratings.
